Squirrel at Lake Seminole Park

These photographs of a squirrel were taken at Lake Seminole Park in Seminole, Florida.
Believe it or not, even with my bird feeders, I have no squirrels in my own 2 acre yard.

Can't believe you don't have any squirrels in your neck of the woods in Tn. That is really strange.

Leedra: That is strange that no squirrrels are in your area. A few black ones and you would have a colony eating your bird feed. Those are nice picture of the neat little squirrel.

Isn't he so very nice! We had three of these furry friends at our feeders yesterday. They are always active and interesting! Happy Camera Critters Day!

Richard and Fishing Guy - I am sure there are squirrel in all the woods and up that mountain ridge right across the road, but they just do not come over to my side of the road. I think it is the lack of trees. We built in what used to be the cow field.

Yes, squirrels definitely need trees. That's why we have so many I guess since we wanted to buy a home with LOTS of big trees around it. (BUT--just think of all of the leaves we have to rake!!! ha)

So cute--they sure seem to like you.
Our squirrel population runneth over. It's funny they know my dogs are behind that unground electric fence and love to tease them.

I'd be glad to ship you, oh, 20 or30 of my squirrels!
