Horses in Rhea County

Just a horse along the back roads of Rhea County, Tennessee.

Not sure if that is his tongue, or a leaf.

Cades Cove in Great Smoky Mountains National Park

During the winter the horses in Cades Cove are out to pasture. I walked down to where they were to get this photo in very early spring. They were taking advantage of their sabatical from work and were being lazy. They were all laying around and I had a hard time getting a photo of one of them standing.
