While we were on the cruise Jimmy stood on our balcony
with the binoculars to see what was out there.
I also took this photo with a flash, but I like this one better.
One day while we were out at sea all day he said to grab the camera and come quick. There was a lighthouse out in the middle of the ocean. I don't have a clue where we were, except it was the day before we got back to Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Click to enlarge, but I can't tell that it is anything but a lighthouse.

That is an usually tall lighthouse - wow. The bottom photo looks like a storm could be brewing - so intense!

Tina - I think we were too close to Florida at that point. We left Jamaica the day before and had been sea for well over 24 hours. It appeared to be smack in the middle of the ocean. There was no other sign of land except right at the lighthouse. I have not tried a google search, probably should have.

The water looks like a blue jewel in your first couple photos!
It's interesting to see the lighthouse with nothing else around it. It must mark shoals. The color of the ocean in that picture is gorgeous as is your sunset picture.
