Chickadees are the most precious looking birdies to me. Yes, I am getting a little addicted to the birds, thanks to you, first the butterflies and now look what you have done!
Hi Leedra,
It's amazing how these little birds go for a seed that is too big for them, hold it down and open it to get to the 'goodie'!
Now, don't you feel sorry for getting Darla addicted to birding!!
So funny..the little bird choosing the bigger seed..I guess we all bite off more than we can chew,,,sometimes!! But what are dreams made of..if not high hopes!
Great photo, Leedra!
This photo is cute and made me laugh! Sometimes I think they pick up the biggest seed to try to make their beak look bigger! :-)
Cute picture of the Chick-a-dee-dee-dee, Leedra!!!! They are just precious! And you are right--they do pick out the biggest seed they can find!!! ha
Hugs,
Betsy
Leedra, what a great picture of the Chickadee. I wonder how long it took him to get to the point where he could actually eat from that seed.
What a capture! Looks like it bit off more than it could chew--in a manner of speaking.
Ha..that is funny...when I first saw the photo i was thinking...what is wrong with the picture..
