Queen Anne's Lace

Just don't get too close to these in the fields, or you will come away with chiggers.

These photographs were taken during the summer, but I saw some this past week that looked like this. I guess it just keeps on keeping on until frost.

Queen Anne's Lace is so delicate and pretty. I like to add it to flower arrangements. We saw a lot of it on the roadsides Thursday as we drove to Jackson, MS.
Have a great weekend!

Beautiful pics! That reminds me, I need to get back to taking flower pics. I think our flowers around the house were confused this "summer" It alternated hot and cold weekly.

Beautiful shots. They are so delicate. I've always loved them. We used to see a lot in Maryland when I lived there as a child.
