American Anhinga sitting on post

This is an American Anhinga. I posted a picture here of an Anhinga fishing at Lake Seminole Park. This one is sitting on the dock of the bay.
I love blogging, it makes me research so much. Right now I feel like this is a full time job. Oh yeah, I have a full time job. Guess I will be taking vacation from both. But just as at the paying job, lots of things to do before leaving so everything runs smoothly while gone.

Ah Leedra, you've got a winner here. These birds are amazing. I agree with you about blogging and research, it's opening up a whole new world of knowledge for me. Your Cormorant pictures are wonderful too, as are all your other photographs and posts. Have a great weekend.

I agree with you about the research...I am learning so much on other people's blogs and by researching to identify this plant or that butterfly in my photographs. It's wonderful!
Have a lovely vacation!
