Last year at the Oakes Daylilies Festival I decided to buy some other plants that I have never had in my flowerbeds. One of them was a Foxglove plant. It only had one stem, and I was a little disappointed.
But this year it has multipled.
But this year it has multipled.
but I plan on looking at them again this year at the daylily festival.
I hope they bloom again, I don't even know that.
If they don't rebloom, I guess they are done for the year.
Just hope not, they are pretty, don't you think?
I have been trying to get around to see everybody.
Not sure when life will slow down some.
I know it could be worse, so I shouldn't be grumbling.

I love your foxglove plant. Such pretty photos Leedra. Have fun at the daylily festival.
They are beautiful Leedra. I planted some in my garden up north and only enjoyed them one year. I will have to get some more! Thanks for reminding me!!
Hard to choose a favorite.
Leedra: What a neat plant with great blooms.
I love the pic with the water droplet at the end of the bloom. That's very pretty.
So pretty! I love all the tall flowers and think the color of these foxgloves is just gorgeous.
Wow! That is a beautiful flower. I wonder if I could grow them. The blossoms are so unique.
I planted an entire seed packet of Foxgloves in December. I have beautiful plants, no blooms though. Maybe next year. My seed packet shows dark pink to light pink, white and what looks like a pale yellow...but that's a picture. Yours a beautiful. They are supposed to reseed freely, they may pop up across the yard!!
They grow wild around here so I do not know their blooming pattern. I just notice them in the woods every now and then. Always enjoy that burst of color ...
Lovely! I don't know what colors they come in either, but you made a good choice with this one.
They are just gorgeous. My success ratio with this plant though is zero. Maybe its too cold here on the tundra.
These are so pretty - they remind me of pink trumpets! I loved how you captured the water droplets on some of them too!
P.S. I'm letting you off the hook - you only have to visit 1 of my 100 blogs - ha,ha!!!! :-)
LOve the close-up pictures. Now I can hardly wait to get my macro lens.It should be here tommorrow.
Blessings,Ruth
Very pretty, Lee...I have never seen them before--but they are gorgeous. I seem to get in a rut--choosing the same flowers (that I know) each year. Love your idea of trying something new.
Love you,
Bets
I loved the water drop at the end of the bud; but when I got down to that fourth shot of all of them opened my mouth dropped - gorgeous!
I don't know much about foxglove other than the fact that yours is very beautiful.
Foxglove! I always forget the name of it!!
Those are pretty flowers. I have been gone a lot this summer so I don't comment much either.

Leedra, I am so far behind in visiting....I love this foxglove. I need to get some.
I was wondering how Noah is doing...and how is Mason? Lorelei is growing like a weed...I am amazed at how quick she changes.
The flowers are lovely..I photographed a few at my sisters in may..wow you are much later in bloom there..
Dont worry about visiting..I know what u mean..so many blogs..so little time!
Wow these are some nice shots of these foxgloves. The small designs inside of these flowers are wonderful!! Great pictures, Leedra!
These are beautiful. This is the first time I have ever seen foxglove.
